Andy Page advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, with experience spanning commercial contracts, M&A, entity formation, and international operations. He brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal strategy, shaped by years of in-house experience in a fast-paced, global business environment.
Before joining Hilgers, Andy served as Legal Counsel at LI-COR, a global scientific instrumentation and technology company. As the company’s sole in-house attorney, he supported legal needs across departments and geographies—handling contract negotiation, advising on compliance and regulatory issues, assisting with cross-border transactions, and helping manage the legal aspects of international expansion. His work included negotiating complex agreements, supporting acquisition activity, and helping align legal considerations with business priorities.
Andy earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and lives near Lincoln with his wife and son. A Nebraska native, he enjoys fishing, running, and staying caught up on the latest chapter of “One Piece.”
