Julia represents clients in litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. She has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporate stakeholders on high-stakes disputes, compliance issues, and enterprise risk.
Prior to joining Hilgers, Julia was Senior Counsel at PNC Bank, where she managed enterprise-wide legal process, including subpoenas and garnishments. She also partnered with business teams to assess legal risk, develop policies, and implement procedural improvements in response to changing statutory and regulatory requirements. Julia also litigated at a national law firm for several years, drafting successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs in state courts, including submissions to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Julia’s background gives her a unique perspective as both outside counsel and in-house advisor, allowing her to deliver strategic, efficient, and results-driven representation. She is particularly adept at navigating matters that sit at the intersection of litigation, regulation, and business operations.
