Yavonne is a Florida Registered Paralegal with 13+ years of hands-on experience supporting trial attorneys from case inception through trial in first-party property damage, general liability, construction defect, bad faith litigation, as well as various other civil litigation matters. She has expertise in discovery management, trial preparation, expert witness retention, and e-filing across Florida’s County, Circuit, and Federal Courts.
Prior to joining Hilgers, Yavonne worked as a Trial Paralegal for in-house counsel for Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
