Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorney Katherine Hartmann Miller
Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Katherine Hartmann Miller to its litigation team as Litigation and e-Discovery Counsel. She is based in the firm’s Omaha office.
Prior to joining Hilgers Graben, Katherine was Assistant General Counsel at Northwestern Mutual where she advised the company on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues related to financial products and services. Before going in-house, Katherine clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, worked as an associate in the Chicago office of Schiff Hardin LLP and was a name partner at the boutique litigation firm, Carey & Hartmann. Her private practice experience encompasses all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution, including the successful mediation, arbitration and litigation of complex commercial matters, securities and commodities fraud claims, business disputes and professional liability claims.

Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorney Jon Hyland
Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jon Hyland to its litigation team as a partner. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Most recently a partner with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr in Dallas, Jon was previously associated with powerhouse law firms Jones Day and Barnes & Thornburg. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts around the country, serving as lead counsel in dozens of cases. He is a deeply experienced commercial litigator whose practice focuses on IP and patent litigation, including trademarks and copyrights, with experience in a wide range of technological areas, including Internet commerce, computer hardware and software, semiconductor and semiconductor processing and packaging, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications networking and cellular communications, solid state memory and biotechnology. Jon has also litigated cases before the International Trade Commission.

Hilgers Graben Announces Addition of Attorney Jordana Sternberg
Hilgers Graben PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jordana Sternberg to its litigation team as a partner. She will be the firm’s first attorney based in Atlanta.
Formerly associated with Jones Day, Jordana is a veteran of state and federal courts around the country, representing clients ranging from Fortune Top – 10 companies to small businesses and individuals, in areas including complex contract issues, corporate governance, fiduciary matters, business torts, fraud, qui tam, and consumer protection.
