Erica is a senior associate in the firm’s litigation group.
Erica focuses on complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries, where she brings the same attention to detail and level of care to all her cases. Prior to joining Hilgers, Erica served as an antitrust and litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Crowell & Moring and as a commercial litigation associate in the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr.
While in law school, she clerked at the Department of Justice and served as a student attorney at the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she represented low-income clients in wage and hour and unemployment compensation claims.
Erica currently resides in the Dallas area with her husband and their two children.
