Hadyn represents clients in civil disputes at all levels of state and federal court. His experience includes class action and multi-district litigation, consumer protection matters, antitrust suits, government-facing investigations, and toxic tort claims. Hadyn’s experience spans all phases of litigation, having conducted pre-suit investigations, managed discovery, prepared witnesses, authored dispositive motions, and briefed appeals.
Prior to joining Hilgers, Hadyn was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis and a law clerk to the Honorable Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
He earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and President of the St. Thomas More Society.
