Jorden is a commercial litigator who has defended and prosecuted cases across the country. He represents large public companies, emerging businesses, and individual clients in a variety of industries, including technology companies, real estate partnerships, financial institutions, and energy firms.
Jorden has successfully defended and navigated cases ranging from breach of contract actions to complex international trade secret and corporate defamation claims. He has seen success at every stage of litigation, including prevailing in multi-million dollar dispositive motions and prosecuting and defending preliminary injunctions.
Jorden has also written and lectured on Artificial Intelligence in the law and has been quoted in national outlets on the topic. His writings have focused on AI’s interaction with trade secret and copyright law.
Prior to joining Hilgers, Jorden worked at Troutman Pepper Locke, LLP and served as a judicial clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
