Priya Funderburk is an experienced counsel with over a decade of experience advising corporate clients on complex discovery issues. Priya’s practice spans product liability, pharmaceutical, environmental, anti-trust, and mass torts industries. She has extensive experience supporting governmental and internal investigations initiated by agencies such as the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S., Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and various State Attorneys General.
With deep experience in technology-driven strategies and navigating modern data sources, Priya is committed to understanding each client’s objectives, proactively identifying potential discovery issues, and providing guidance throughout the discovery process. Her work emphasizes thorough preparation, clear documentation, and steady oversight of review workflows to ensure efficiency and defensibility. Priya also assists trial teams with discovery motion practice, negotiations with opposing counsel, and the preparation of discovery-related testimony.
Priya maintains her national practice from Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she lives with her husband, Thom, and her two children, Luke and Ella.
