Victor Williams is the Chief Technology Officer at Hilgers PLLC. A cybersecurity and enterprise technology executive, he directs the firm’s technology roadmap, enterprise infrastructure, security operations, and AI governance initiatives.
Prior to joining Hilgers PLLC, Victor served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at Viventium, where he led enterprise technology operations, cloud platforms, and security architecture. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Election Systems & Software (ES&S), overseeing mission-critical product engineering, systems development, compliance, and enterprise infrastructure.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and brings extensive experience in enterprise security architecture, identity governance, cloud modernization, and operational risk management.
