Right now, major unfilled markets include Houston and Kansas City. Here is what we look for in our leaders for spoke city offices: innovative, energetic leaders who fit our no jerks culture. We have a preference for litigators with 10+ years of litigation experience at a big firm, those who have a passion for litigation, strong interest or proven ability to develop business, a portable book of business, and a positive approach. If you are looking for something different than the weekly grind, the daily commute, billable hour and origination pressures, and/or the bureaucracy of being at a big law firm in a big city, we might be a good fit for you.
